And what better time than the festive run up?

Julie Dixon is a Level 4 Personal Trainer, based on the Island. She started offering online classes and workouts during lockdown and the idea has proved hugely popular with clients old and new.

This package will begin between 30th October 2020 and 14th January 2021 and run for 12 weeks from your start date.

It Includes Unlimited Live Zoom group classes – usually six-eight classes per week available Monday-Friday.

Or you can watch pre-recorded videos at a time which suits you best.

The main theme of classes will be Kettlebell Workouts, Total Core, Core & Butt and Circuits, all of which will provide a full body workout along with improving core strength.

This will not only help you feel stronger but help against most non-specific back pain issues.

Each class will last between 30-45 minutes and be over Zoom.

Classes take place:

  • Monday – 5.00pm & 6.00pm
  • Tuesday – 7.30am, 5.00pm & 6.00pm
  • Wednesday – 4.00pm, 5.00pm & 6.00pm
  • Thursday – 8.00am, 9.00am, 5.00pm & 6.00pm

You can do as many classes as you would like during the twelve weeks.

You can set up your own profile on the website and manage your diet tracker, add goals and be part of a community Julie hopes to build through this new site.

All group classes will be of a generic nature so they are suitable for all abilities.
