Today’s deal is The Virtual At Home Photoshoot for Women – from Your Home to Mine @ Michelle Jackson Photography, IOW, for only £20.00
Michelle Jackson is an Island-based portrait photographer, specialising in confidence boosting, empowering photoshoots for women.
Whilst her studio is closed, Michelle is offering virtual photoshoots via Zoom or FaceTime calls with impressive results.
Your shoot will last around 30 minutes and includes up to two outfit changes.
Within 24 hours, Michelle will email you two collages each featuring six beautiful edited digital images, similar to the ones featured on this deal. You can keep both collages- with the option to purchase further individual images direct.
This is a Covid-safe solo photoshoot for women by a female photographer. No images are shared without models consent.
This is a great excuse for you to get glammed up at home and receive a selection of fabulous images whilst still buzzing from the experience.
This isn’t a professional photoshoot using a professional camera or lighting, however it promises to be a fun experience.
The quality of your images will be dependant on the quality of your phone and the lighting in your room.
You’ll need to have good internet connection for our FaceTime/ZOOM video call to one another.
You’ll need something to balance your phone on/against…so you can be hands free. Michelle asks for as much natural lighting as possible, as this will help to create better quality images. If the lighting is poor, then it’s out of her control and she can only create images with what’s presented to her.
The shoot can take place in various areas of the house, such as the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hallway or lounge.
Think about the background of the shot and declutter what’s going to be behind you. Things like an unusual ornament or a musical instrument, a mirror, plants and flowers can be great to have in the background or use as props. Think about lying on a rug or fluffy throws and cushions.
Before the shoot, try on two outfits that you like. Some women want to wear lingerie for the photo, or others prefer casual clothing or a party dress. The choice is yours.
Move your camera around the room on selfie mode, so you can see the angle and lighting of the image on your camera.
During the FaceTime shoot, Michelle will ask that you turn the phone screen away from you, as the camera on the phone is likely to be a better quality.
Ready, steady pose with this snap happy package.
