The Final Stampede! Deadline for PPI claims is looming @ JMP Partnership – Promotional Feature

Details

Last Thursday the Managing Director of JMP Partnership, a small Isle of Wight family business, was interviewed by Winifred Robinson on BBC Radio 4’s ‘You and Yours’ programme.
The subject was legislation currently passing through Parliament that they say will have a devastating impact on many consumer’s ability to get refunds of PPI.
Managing Director Jon Platt revealed: “There is a time limit coming up of August 2019, but what most consumers don’t know is the legislation that is currently passing through Parliament will draw a line under a lot of claims for most consumers.”
The interview clearly struck a chord with listeners because since then JMP Partnership has been inundated with calls from people asking for their help.
Jon went on: “Volume is way up. Three times more people became clients of JMP Partnership in January than in December. We can barely keep on top of it right now.”
In order to handle this last tidal wave of PPI claims, JMP Partnership is closing their Cowes office because it is just too small.
Jon said: “We are very close to the purchase of a new property so that we can add capacity but it is being stalled for reasons that will become clear when the deal is finally done. For now we are keeping it all under wraps.”
PPI refunds on a massive scale have been paid out since mid 2011
The most paid out in any single month was £736 million in May 2012. The average is over £300 million a month.
Jon asked: “When the history of this massive financial scandal is written, will you be one of the people that didn’t find out if you were owed thousands of pounds?”
JMP Partnership are currently trying to reach out to small business customers of Lloyds Bank who had loans or overdrafts with them between 1990 and 2010.
Jon added: “These small, mainly family-owned Island businesses experienced mis-selling on an unimaginable scale, and if we have our way, all of them will be made whole before August 2019.”
