The Twelve Week Challenge is an exercise, nutrition and mindset training programme designed to transform your body and most importantly your way of thinking.
Whether you want to slim down, tone up, lose weight or try a new style of training this programme will equip you with all the tools needed to see achievable and maintainable results.
The Strong Room is a purpose use strength and conditioning unit. They cover all fitness and strength levels from beginner to elite competition level. If your goal is fitness, fat loss, strength or anything in between they can help.
The Twelve-Week Challenge includes Three Classes per Week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am-10.30am
Classes will include Resistance, Cardio plus a Surprise Session and occasional Outdoor Session.
Fully qualified male and female instructors will focus on weight loss as well as providing body progress assessments at the beginning and the end of the Challenge.
The course starts on Monday 11th September.
