Three Buoys in Ryde is a local family-run business overlooking the beautiful bay of Appley – with panoramic Solent vistas across to Portsmouth.

It is run by Island-born Tim Foster, who has managed various restaurants on the IOW before deciding it was the right time to open his own business with wife Emma.

The kitchen team has pulled inspiration from travels around the world to influence different dishes on the characterful menu.

But they also love to serve up traditional British tastes with a twist – including fresh local catches and daily specials.
