The menu changes regularly, so every visit can bring something new. Previous creations have included:

• Mushroom Tart with miso onion purée, crispy egg yolk & pickled shimeji
• Golden Beetroot, Kale & Gochujang Bhalji with pickled shallots, kimchi, sesame aioli & coriander
• Burnt Butter Takoyaki with miso-roasted squash, whipped goat’s cheese, chilli & toffee apple purée
• Caramelised Bulgogi Beef & Bone Marrow Lasagne with local truffle, chestnut mushroom, wasabi & celeriac purée
• Char Siu Lamb Belly with chicory, spiced walnuts, Katsu blue cheese, apple & pickled celery
• Pork & Prawn Kiev with hot honey & ginger butter, pickled kohlrabi & sesame aioli
• Smoked Haddock, Avruga & Karashi Risotto with Japanese whiskey, spring onions & aged Parmesan
