Meet your very own VIP guide, who will ensure you have an amazing experience.
You will have the unique opportunity to see the lions and tigers up close, feed them a morning snack, and hear more about their individual personalities and rescue stories.
Enjoy a fascinating private tour of their bedrooms and find out what it takes to be a big cat carer.
Once you have finished your tour, head back to the Wildheart Café for a well deserved bite to eat, before spending the rest of the day exploring the Sanctuary if you wish.
This is the ultimate experience for the big cat enthusiast!
Your experience starts at 9.00am and ends at approximately 10.00am.
It is available to participants aged eight-years-old and above. Children aged eight to 15-years-old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has purchased the same experience. Please dress for outdoor weather conditions.
Please note: For the safety of the animals, all visitors are required to wear a face mask. If you are exempt from wearing a mask, a face shield must be worn instead. If you are unable to wear a mask or shield, please get in touch with the team before making a booking.
The Fine Print

- Experiences are available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday subject to availability

- The experience runs from 9.00am-10.00am approximately
- All experience details & timings are featured in deal – please read carefully to ensure you have chosen age appropriate package & what it includes
- All participants must be aged eight years and above
- Participants between 8-15 years doing the Big Cat Experience must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who has purchased the same experience
- Once the experience is booked there are no refunds & the experience booking is not transferrable
- The animal experiences are predominantly outdoors, so wear appropriate clothing for weather conditions. Wellies are recommended in the winter months
- Unfortunately, pregnant women & nursing mothers will not be able to partake in the Animal Experiences
- This deal is not eligible for any current bookings. Vouchers can only be used for new bookings
