Please note The Price Is Wight guarantee does not include Isle of Wight Festival, Jack Up The Summer, Warrior Festival or any other festival or date specific event or deals that indicate it is not covered. We offer a seven day refund policy, after you have purchased if you change your mind within seven days we will happily send you a refund. Thereafter up-to 15 days prior to the expiry of the voucher should you change your mind about your voucher and the voucher has not been redeemed you are entitled to a credit note for the full amount, 15 days prior to expiry you will be entitled to 50% credit note for the value of the deal. Please note that no refunds or credit will be available once the voucher has expired, this is full and final decision. Please note that when you purchase you are agreeing to these terms and will not seek a refund from The Price Is Wight after this seven day period. The only exception to this is in relation to live events eg concerts, festivals. If an event is cancelled, we will get in touch with promptly to let you know your options. Please note that any The Price Is Wight fees, charges and postal charges are never refundable under any circumstances. Should any event be cancelled or re-scheduled for whatever reason, this decision will be taken solely by the event organisers & not The Price Is Wight Limited. The event organisers will make the decision as to what happens regarding options available to those who have purchased tickets.
Your rights in relation to any change to your booking or cancellation by the event organisers are set out in the event organiser’s booking conditions, which you agree to when purchasing tickets. Artists and attractions included in the festival programme are subject to change. We will advise you of any changes as soon as advised by the festival organiser or promoter. Changes may not be refundable – see the specific festival’s terms and conditions.
As agent it is our responsibility to notify you as soon as possible of any changes of which the event organiser makes us aware so that you may exercise the rights available to you under the event organiser’s booking conditions. Where any refund or other payment is due to you from the event organiser, our responsibility is to pass this on to you as soon as possible after receiving it from the event organiser. We shall have no further responsibility or liability to you in relation to any change to or cancellation of the booking.
Please note when buying tickets for any event booking fees and postage are non-refundable, even in the unlikely event of cancellation. There is also a £1.99 administration fee per ticket to process the refund on top of the booking fees and postage that is not refundable, this is full and final decision, this does not apply to child or infant tickets but all other ticket types.
