That is why we have introduced The Price Is Wight guarantee to you. We want you to feel comfortable to continue supporting local businesses and investing in things to look forward to when the time is right. As of Thursday 26th March 2020, things you buy from the website will be covered by our The Price Is Wight guarantee*. If you buy something for your favourite business and your voucher can’t be used in the future due to the business closing, we’ll give you The Price Is Wight credit to the value of that voucher for a full 12 months from the date of issue. We have already worked with many of our businesses to extend the expiry dates on current deals – with some offering validity until 30th December 2020.
If you would like to exchange for credit within 30 days of purchase you will receive 100% value in a credit providing the voucher has not been redeemed. If the claim is made more than 30 days after the issue of the voucher you will receive 50% of the purchase price in a credit note that will be valid for 12 months.
Refunds – you are entitled to have a refund within 7 days of the purchase of your voucher if you change your mind.
* Please note The Price Is Wight guarantee does not include Isle of Wight Festival or Jack Up The Summer or any other deals that indicate it is not covered. This is the full and final decision which you agree to when purchasing.
Please note you must click through to deal to get full pricing and deal details. Prices featured on front pages are based on the highest normal price and lowest deal price.
